While things went quiet on Feed Me Phoebe for a little bit, I’ve been getting my virtual drink on elsewhere. Smirnoff chose me as their “menu maven” for this summer’s flavor party campaign. It was great to join forces with the fabulous Lolita Healy and Jenny Costa to create party plans for some of Smirnoff’s most popular flavored vodkas. My personal favorite was the Girls Night In (pictured below) with recipes for Pesto Shrimp Lollipops, Roasted Beet Salad with Ricotta Salata and Pistachios, and Lemon Mousse with Strawberries. I’ve gotten in trouble with the raspberry flavor’s “drinkability” in the past, so all the more reason to plan a night around it where you don’t have to leave the house!
