It was such an amazing surprise yesterday when my friend texted me a “congrats” on my recipe in the December issue of Food & Wine! I developed the French Onion Soup pictured and the Baked Eggplant Parm on the following page ages ago for F&W’s website as part of a new healthy eating project. I’m so thrilled that they made it into this issue, and with the photo I shot! The perfect holiday treat.
