The gluten-free recipes I developed for Self magazine have finally hit stands in this month’s May issue! I was especially pumped to see the spread blurbed on the cover. The fajita salad below is a total winner. Others dishes include a raspberry cheesecake with almond crust, flourless chocolate chunk cookies, and pistachio crusted chicken with carrot raita.
