I was so excited to see my mug on page 32 of Metro New York today talking about simple ingredient swaps for healthier cooking. The spread is based on the class I did a few weeks ago for Vitamin Shoppe, and highlights some of the benefits and uses of the products I discussed.     Ah! I saw this yesterday in the paper and didn’t realize it was you. I was really intrigued by the liquid aminos as a replacement for soy sauce/tamari. Am wondering if it has a dramatically different taste though. Especially considering Frankie’s comment. I love Bragg’s apple cider vinegar and use it in my salad everyday.

      I know, the Braggs vinegar is awesome!

    • Amazing! I love that you saw it! I don’t find that the liquid aminos are that different, especially in sauces. Maybe plain if you were to dip sushi in them. They are a little lighter and more subtle. I find tamari to be the more potent of the bunch. Give it a try!
