Peanut Sauce

Serve alongside chicken skewers or as the sauce for these peanut noodles.


  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey (get your FREE jar here)
  • 1 teaspoon siracha
  • 1⁄2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1⁄4 cup gluten-free tamari (I like this brand)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil


  1. In a small food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients for the sauce along with 1/4 cup warm water and puree until smooth. Add more water as necessary to create a texture slightly thinner than ranch dressing.
  2. Sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
