Anyone who knows me well knows how much I love watching football…perhaps only slightly more than I love eating certain types of fruit. But I do love watching the Super Bowl, and mainly because of all the edible distractions that steal my attention from what’s going on on the small screen. It’s easy to not watch football when you’re elbow deep in a tray of guacamole. And I love any excuse to eat like a pig.
To celebrate the big game, I put together 7 of my favorite taco recipes. Some of these I developed for Food & Wine’s website, and others have just been a longtime favorite at my table, regardless of whether or not anyone is hiking a ball in the background.
Eat up!
