It’s been a wild ride so far…
The first leg of my cross-country extravaganza was one of the most exciting parts of launching The Wellness Project. I was amazed at how many members of the HashiPosse showed up to learn a few new things about their thyroid. And how many others simply wanted to break bread, devour golden milk chia pudding and stain napkins with turmeric chicken – together!
Every time I share something about what I learned from taking the scenic route up health mountain, you teach me something in return.
While at times I worried that my crazy schedule might undermine all my self-care take-aways from the year of health, spending time out in the wellness trenches also energized me in much deeper ways.
So what I’m trying to say is…LET’S DO IT AGAIN.
First, if you don’t see your city below, plead your case in the comments section. If you have a venue and can gather a few dozen folks to hear me speak, I’d be thrilled to add another stop. Also, check back over the next few weeks as I add more dates and details.
Second, I would love you to share these events with your friends! Especially fellow members of the HashiPosse. I need to meet them. I need to hug them. I need to tell them that you can have your kale and drink your wine too.
Mark your calendars. We’re going to have FUN this fall! Check out pictures of past events below for reference on the realm of QT possibility.
xoxo
Phoebe
