Besides being gluten-free and dairy-free, I try to eat plant-based the majority of the time. It’s so easy when you have delicious vegetarian recipes that put fiber-rich vegetables first. If you’re craving a quick one pot vegetarian meal, start with this Moroccan red lentil soup or this Imam Bayildi recipe. For a weeknight dinner or finger food shared with friends, this gluten-free okonomiyaki is always a winner.
