Hi Phoebe! Any idea how long this would last me in the fridge?
Phoebe Lapine says
Hey Mirakol!! Great to hear from you! Probably a week. The tahini without the herbs will last even longer. Enjoy!

It’s great to hear back from you as well. I’ve been silently following you and Cara. It’s awesome to see things going well for you both. Thanks for the tip! I bought a jar of tahini from Sprouts market; it was on sale and organic. So I have plenty to figure out what to do with in various recipes. Thanks again! 🙂

I’m so glad to hear it! Thanks for all your support. Let me know how the tahini and burgers turn out!

I’ve yet to try the tahini, but will soon! I left another comment over on the burger post. NOM!!!

I am going to make that green tahini IMMEDIATELY. But I don’t keep a jalapeno on hand generally – is sriracha ok? (I know the color’s all wrong)
Phoebe Lapine says
Totally! That works!
Carrie says
Yum! I make something similar to this using miso paste instead of sea salt :~)

great idea! yum!
