Two of my favorites for a Thanksgiving buffet are these spinach mashed potatoes and this gluten-free wild rice salad thatโs livened up with roasted squash and a bright ginger dressing. Finally, no turkey is complete without this shallot and rosemary gluten-free gravy thatโs been my motherโs contribution to the holiday for decades.
