Siracha Lime Butter
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon siracha
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Microwave until the butter is melted, about 30 seconds.
- Serve warm alongside corn, fish, or grilled chicken.
As far as I’m concerned this is the summer of Sriracha. And with good reason, it’s delicious.
