Rice and Grains
Whole gluten-free grains like quinoa, rice and oats are some of my favorite ingredients to play around with in the kitchen, especially since they are also great for low FODMAP recipes and vegetarian recipes.
For a breakfast grain recipe, a sitewide favorite is gluten-free steel cut overnight oats. One of the most popular whole grain recipes are these Ayurvedic kitchari bowls.
I’ve also included legumes in this collection, so if you’re looking for a quick cooking red lentil recipe, you can try this Moroccan red lentil soup, these red lentil burgers, or this Detox harira soup recipe.
