Exercise is something I’ve long struggled with. Especially these days since what I do for a living is fairly physical. So I was thrilled to hangout with Coach Brendan Moore and VROU Women founder Kathryn Moos to discuss some baby steps for fitting everyday fitness and nutrition practices into your busy workweek. They talk about morning routines and what you can do in place of expensive gym memberships and exercise classes to stay in shape (for free!).
