I have a borderline obsession with personality tests.
I’ve done them all, from the established Myers Briggs, to Cosmo’s slightly fluffier but no less insightful, Which Olson Twin Are You?
A personal favorite is the enneagram test, and given my excitement for all things knowing thyself, it should be no surprise that I’m a 7—the enthusiast!
Like a true 7, I couldn’t be more filled with exuberance to announce that I’ve finally created my VERY OWN quiz for learning your wellness personality.
If these tests had their own scale, I’d like to think that mine falls somewhere in the middle of the Myers Briggs-Cosmo spectrum. It’s quick, it’s fun, and it’s clever. But more importantly, the takeaways might actually shed light on how you can harness your health habits for the better in the new year.
How do I know this, you ask?
Well, this week in addition to the big quiz launch, I’m hitting an even bigger milestone: The 4 Weeks to Wellness Course is 1 year old!! I’ll write about all the emotions I’m feeling about that in a longer post. But for now, I’ll tell you what it means for this quiz…

For those in the blogosphere who have been wanting to create a quiz, but were afraid it would be a huge pain in the butt, I have to give a quick shout to the Interact app. There’s a big technological learning curve over here, and after all the new programs I had to manage to launch my course, I was pretty much fed up with integrations and marketing tools.
