I have a borderline obsession with personality tests.
I’ve done them all, from the established Myers Briggs, to Cosmo’s slightly fluffier but no less insightful, Which Olson Twin Are You?
A personal favorite is the enneagram test, and given my excitement for all things knowing thyself, it should be no surprise that I’m a 7—the enthusiast!
Like a true 7, I couldn’t be more filled with exuberance to announce that I’ve finally created my VERY OWN quiz for learning your wellness personality.
If these tests had their own scale, I’d like to think that mine falls somewhere in the middle of the Myers Briggs-Cosmo spectrum. It’s quick, it’s fun, and it’s clever. But more importantly, the takeaways might actually shed light on how you can harness your health habits for the better.
How do I know this, you ask?
Well, this week in addition to the big quiz launch, I’m hitting an even bigger milestone: The Wellness Project book is 1 year old!! I’ll write about all the emotions I’m feeling about that in a longer post. But for now, I’ll tell you what it means for this new project…
I’ve received hundreds upon hundreds of emails, comments and messages from you in the last year. And while so many of them contained some much-needed validation about how the book was already changing your lives, they also included some other hidden gems: a window into your health habits.
After working with over 150 of you one-on-one in the 4 Weeks to Wellness Program, I started to see some interesting patterns—personality traits, if you will. In order to cater the right recipes for change to each person, I started developing my own strategies and advice to suit each different type.
Which brings us here!
I created this wellness quiz to help you own your health personality, get resources that will allow you to grow, and use your leanings to your advantage when creating healthy changes in your life.

For those in the blogosphere who have been wanting to create a quiz, but were afraid it would be a huge pain in the butt, I have to give a quick shout to the Interact app. There’s a big technological learning curve over here, and after all the new programs I had to manage to launch my course, I was pretty much fed up with integrations and marketing tools. But a friend recommended Interact to me, and the interface was shockingly simple. Plus they gave me plenty of advice on how to actually create, score and compute the results for this quiz.
For those fellow quiz junkies with borderline personality test disorder who want to try their own hand at making one, I couldn’t recommend this service more.
