Lemon Paprika Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small food processor, or whisk together by hand. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
