Lemon-Caper Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and puree. Add more olive oil as necessary to reach your desired consistency.
