Ingredients

small head napa cabbage
thinly sliced

shredded carrots

bunch radishes
about 8, halved and thinly sliced

bunch scallions
thinly sliced

fish sauce

tablespoons
rice wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime

peanuts
Instructions
Combine the cabbage, carrots, radishes, and scallions in a large mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, vinegar, and lime juice.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and toss to combine. Taste for seasoning and add salt as necessary.
Transfer the salad to a platter and garnish with the peanuts.
