Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

garlic clove

loosely packed basil leaves

Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon

teaspoon
honey

olive oil

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor and puree until smooth.
Season with salt and keep in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
