Chipotle Mango Salsa

This sweet and savory mango salsa recipe is perfect the perfect topping for Mexican food or fish, and can is also a great dip for tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium mango diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced or pushed through a press
  • ½ small red onion finely diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 small canned chipotle pepper minced
  • 1 tbsp of adobo sauce from chipotle can
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • fresh cilantro optional, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and toss to combine. For best results, make the salsa the night before to allow the flavors to intensify.
