Corn on the Cob with Siracha Lime Butter
finely chopped chives or cilantro
Zest of 1 lime
ears yellow corn
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the butter, chives or cilantro, shallots, siracha, salt, lime zest and juice. Microwave until melted, about 30 seconds. Set aside.
Add the corn to the pot and cook until vibrant, about 1 minute. Remove with tongs to a serving platter. Serve the corn alongside the siracha lime butter.
