If you’re a brand or a person with a video camera or an editor of a publication or just one of my NYC neighbors who wants to be fed, here is a full menu of ways we can collaborate on a virtual project or IRL event!

Everything I write about on this site stays in line with my core message and mission, which is that cooking for yourself is the single healthiest choice you can make. The brands I feature are few and far between, and always adhere to this ethos. They also tend to be gluten-free and responsibly made from natural ingredients. Past clients include: Dr. Praegers, Altos Tequila, USA Pulses, Whole Earth, Schar, Zico, Plum Organics, among many others. If you think your brand is a fit for collaboration on Feed Me Phoebe or Instagram, contact me here.
Recipe Development & Custom Photography
If you’re looking for creative clean dishes to add to your brand or magazine’s offerings, I’ve developed hundreds of original recipes for outside publications. Past projects include a gluten-free feature spread in SELF magazine, educational videos and recipes for Roland’s food service distribution, La Brea Bakery’s website and packaging, and Plated’s meal delivery service. I’ve also developed and shot over 100 custom recipes for Food & Wine, and worked with fellow cookbook authors to write and test recipes for their books.
Freelance Writing
My personal essays, strategies and tips have appeared in print in Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and Shape Magazine. I’ve contributed regularly to Mind Body Green, Huffington Post, Food52, Serious Eats, Learvest and Yahoo Health. You can find my full list of bylines here.
Hosting & Spokesperson Work
I’m a regular host of cooking and lifestyle videos for Healthination and AOL. In addition to on-camera web content, I’ve also appeared on several live morning talk shows representing brands as a spokesperson. One of my favorite ways to work with brands is to be the master of ceremonies at a media-facing interactive event. I’ve worked with The Vitamin Shoppe, Gardein, Farmhouse Cultures, and Progresso, among other brands, in this capacity to create memorable evenings for press and influencers.
Speaking & Workshops
As a seasoned culinary instructor, I’ve tailored my cooking how-to’s and healthy tips to suit other environments: college campuses, corporate retreats, leadership trainings, networking events and panel discussions. In addition to sharing my knowledge of cooking, I also speak frequently about my journey with autoimmune disease and finding your own sweet spot between health and hedonism. Audiences include Mind Body Green, Wharton, Ohio State University, Brown University, and Franklin & Marshall College. For testimonials and to inquire about my speaking work, click here.
Cooking Classes
I regularly teach cooking classes at private residences in New York City—it’s my favorite item on this “odd food job” menu! To inquire about availability or to purchase a class, click here. I also occasionally teach at The Natural Gourmet Institute, The Institute For Culinary Education and Haven’s Kitchen. To find out about upcoming classes, subscribe to my newsletter here.
Catering & Private Chef Work
I got my start in the food business by taking advantage of the gig economy (if this list is any indication). Though I have mostly phased out private chef-ing on a consistent basis for families, I still take on the occasional event—from 10 person dinners to 100 person cocktail parties. Find out more about my catering work here.
