The SIBO Made Simple book went off to the presses a few weeks ago, and I am SO excited to finally be able to give you a little sneak peak of what’s inside.
If what’s outside is any indication, low FODMAP food has never looked so sexy. This is mostly thanks to the dream team at Hachette Go, and more importantly, my photographer Haley Hunt Davis, who helped me do things the DIY scrappy way and spent five days food styling, shooting, and feasting in my apartment.
Needless to say, I am extremely proud of this book. The 90+ gluten-free, anti-inflammatory recipes, the SIBO Amigo Digest tips, the foreword by Dr. Will Cole, and the over 4 dozen practitioners who lent me their wisdom.
You don’t need to have SIBO to learn from this book. I promise you will gain so much knowledge about what makes your digestive system happy, even if it’s just a recipe for Orange Remedy Soup.
Here are a few sneak peek photos of the table of contents and some of the drool-worthy dishes inside.
The good news is you can sample a few of them early before anyone else (including the Orange Remedy Soup!) if you pre-order before mid-October.
Starting October 19th, I’ve got a very special bonus program: GUT HEAL BOOTCAMP!
The only way to join is to pre-order the book, but if you do so, the 5-day live reset is completely free. You’ll receive 8 advance recipes and get to have me holding your hand for a live fall reboot that’s specifically tailored to SIBO Amigos.
If you’ve done the Spring Gut Reset you know how much progress can be made in 5 days, and this time you’re going to get a meal plan! All you have to do is purchase from any retailer and submit your order receipt via the book website here.
On the site you’ll also get more details on all the things that make this book the most comprehensive SIBO bible out there, and a few features that make it extra special.
Thank you as always for your continued support. I can’t believe this is book number THREE. I truly wouldn’t be here without this community.
With health and hedonism,
Phoebe
