The spring holidays are upon us and I have just the right gluten-free Easter recipes to make for your family gathering.
For seafood and fish lovers, this Harissa sheet pan salmon is as elegant as it is easy. Another lemony, comforting one pot wonder is orzo and salmon piccata. One of my favorite gluten-free chicken recipes is this kalamata olive chicken, which I actually used to serve on my Easter catering menu!
Finally, finish the meal with a healthy lemon tart (also dairy-free!) or these gluten-free lemon bars for dessert!
